Aubrey Plaza
Aubrey Plaza (born June 26 in 1984) is a performer, comedian and known for expressing her wit in a humorous style. She is April Ludgate, a character on the television show Parks and Recreation. The first web-based series she appeared on was the Jeannie Tate Show after she appeared in improv, sketch and slapstick comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. After her debut she went on to appeared in Judd Apatow Funny People and Scott Pilgrim's Vs. World. Today is her birthday. Aubrey Christina Plaza is the daughter Bernadette Plaza of an attorney and David Plaza, a financial specialist. Her birthplace was in Wilmington Delaware. The daughter is of Puerto Rican parents and an English-born mother from Ireland. Plaza received a degree at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and a Catholic girls' secondary school, in the year 2006 following having graduated in 2002. In her senior year of the high school she was president of the student council at her Catholic all-girls school and was a part of Wilmington Drama League performances. Plaza is in the second year of her college career in that year, was suffering from the aphasia expressive condition and also paralysis. The recovery process is now complete. Since 2004 Plaza is performing sketches and improv at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York City. The Laugh Factory, The Improv and the Laugh Factory in N.Y.C. are among the venues where she performed stand-up comedy. Plaza played in E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street as Robin Gibney, The Jeannie Tate Show alongside Ben Schwartz and also the debut Terrible Decisions episode.
