Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza born June 26 1984 is an actor as well as a comedian who is known for her deadpan humorous sense of humor. Her name is April Ludgate, a character that appears on Parks and Recreation. The web series that she made her debut on was the Jeannie Tate Show after she performed improv, sketch and slapstick comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. Later in her career, she appeared in Judd Apatow Funny People as and Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. Happy birthday! Aubrey Christina Plaza, daughter of Bernadette Plaza (an attorney) and David Plaza (a financial specialist) was born in Wilmington Delaware. The parents of her mother and father are both Irish/English/Irish. Plaza received her education from an all girls Catholic college in 2002 in addition to the Tisch School of the Arts located at New York University in 2006. When she was a senior in high school she served as president of Wilmington Drama League and worked in the school's Student Government. Plaza became paralyzed some moment in 2004 following a stroke. Recovery is complete. Plaza has been performing improv comedy and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater since 2004. She also has been performing stand-up comedy at the Laugh Factory and The Improv in N.Y.C. Plaza has appeared on E.S.P.N. the show Mayne Street as well as the Jeannie Tate Show as Robin Gibney as well as the pilot Episode of Terrible Decisions with Ben Schwartz. In CollegeHumor's Troopers, she portrayed the Princess, a humorous sci-fi character. Plaza's saxophone debuted in Cassorla's Bona Fide, in 2014. In 2012 she made her saxophone debut in Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings. In 2016 Plaza appeared in HarmonQuest for the first time as Hawaiian Coffee a gnome. This year she appeared as Aaron Burr on Drunk History as well as Cat Adams during Season 11 C.B.S. the television series Criminal Minds. In the 12th season, she was a hit in the role. In the year following, it was revealed after that Plaza will play a role in an indie comedy titled An Evening With Beverly Luff Linn.
